TASTE OF VICTORY
Taste Of Victory (Смак Перемоги) is a social project - a bakery - located in Kyiv, Ukraine, at Oleksandra Popova 5A. The project's main social impact is providing employment for internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and single parents. It aims to improve the economic status (by providing salaries) of people who find themselves in difficult circumstances or who have trouble finding work. This project is about the strength of Ukrainians who want to stay in Ukraine and continue to develop their homeland.
The bakery has created plans and filed paperwork to become a Point of Invincibility. Points of Invincibility are designated emergency supply and warming centres set up across Ukraine - they operate free of charge during wartime infrastructure failures and blackouts to provide heat, water, electricity, internet, and basic first aid. Space to rest and provisions for mothers and children are also provided at Points of Invincibility.
Slava Ukraini helps fundraise for this bakery to support its social entrepreneurship. After all, when you help a social enterprise, you're helping those who haven't fallen - or who have fallen but have found the strength to get back up.
Taste of Victory is entirely funded by donors and the profits of the bakery. It is a friendly, welcoming place for all, offering a spacious kids' area to allow them to utilize their imaginations through supervised play. Children are the future of Ukraine, and allowing them this space to grow their minds and souls directly supports Ukrainian society.

Also needed: milkshake mixer, ice maker, wheelchair lift, roller shutters for the entrances, juicer for root vegetables and fruit, quartz/UV germicidal lamp with a timer, child's high chair for feeding, bookshelf for book sharing, toy storage boxes and bins, Sony Playstation for kids, a projector for movies and cartoons, and a 400-litre freezer.
