$25 USD Donation
$25 USD can buy a substantial bundle of food and drinking water. $25 USD could cover:
50 eggs
Four 900 g cartons of milk
2 kg of oatmeal
3 kg of pasta
36 litres of drinking water
That totals approximately ₴1,117, or ~$25, before delivery. Prices vary by location and availability.
$25 (roughly ₴1,120) can make a meaningful contribution to utilities or backup power. These are alternatives, not one combined bundle:
About 260 kWh of household electricity, at ₴4.32/kWh. That covers a full month for a household using around 250 kWh.
About 140 m³ of natural gas at Naftogaz’s ₴7.96/m³ rate, excluding distribution charges. How long it lasts depends on heating, cooking, and hot-water use.
Four small rechargeable LiFePO₄ battery cells, using a listing of ₴231 per 3.2 V, 6 Ah cell—components toward a backup battery, with assembly and other parts additional.
Most of the cost of a battery-management board, which protects and balances a compatible battery pack. One specialist retailer lists a model at ₴1,150.
